The third and final session in the NLC-HELC Joint ECHO Series focused on an overview of principal illness navigation, the nuts and bolts of the management and business model for community health integration and principal illness navigation, and a case study focusing on the Healthy Identifying Depression and Empowering Activities for Seniors (IDEAS) program.
