Wilson Tam leads the California Department of Aging’s (CDA) Person-Centered Navigation Branch within the Division of Home and Community Living. As Branch Chief, he brings together the State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) and Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC), two key programs that work on the frontline of our communities to support older adults and people with disabilities in navigating the complexities of healthcare and supportive service options that will help them to continue to live in the community of their choice. Prior to serving as Branch Chief, Wilson conducted quality reviews of Older Americans Act programs with CDA and served as operations manager with a local community-based organization. In his spare time, he likes to take his family of four on vacations, Costco runs, and play time at local parks.
