Maryland MPA Annual Report

Maryland launched its Multisector Plan on Aging (MPA), Longevity Ready Maryland, in 2025 and just released its first annual report. The report provides an outline of activities completed since the MPA’s launch and charts the recommendations for the year ahead. One of the state’s priorities for 2026 is to strengthen No Wrong Door access to services by enhancing the Maryland Access Point aging and disability resource center and improving coordination with other access points. Person-Centered Practices: Resources for CCHs

These two resources provide information on implementing person-centered practices in Community Care Hub (CCH) work. CCHs support the No Wrong Door goal of increasing access to services for individuals with unmet needs.


DETAC Webinar: Charting the Course to Employment Success with Family Supports and Cross-System Partnerships

Disability Employment Technical Assistance Center (DETAC) is hosting a national community of practice webinar on “Charting the Course to Employment Success with Family Supports and Cross-System Partnerships” on February 24 from 3:00 - 4:30pm ET. This webinar will explore how family engagement and cross-system approaches can remove barriers to achieving meaningful employment outcomes for people with disabilities across the lifespan. Specifically, it will highlight University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Institute for Human Development’s Charting the LifeCourse framework. Register here.
