Webinar: Exploring AI Applications in the I&R/A Sector

Join the National Information & Referral (I&R) Support Center for the webinar: Exploring Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications in the Information & Referral/Assistance (I&R/A) Sector on Tuesday, October 27, from 3-4pm ET. A national survey on AI use in I&R/A programs, conducted in the spring of 2026, gathered data on how I&R/A programs are currently using, or considering, AI tools, and what policies and practices are in place. Participants will hear more about the survey results and lessons learned from the Eldercare Locator, through a contact center perspective on AI applications. Pre-registration is required and space is limited. Register for the webinar here.
