Here is today’s Monday Mailer for you (on a Tuesday!):
Wisconsin ADRC Marketing Campaign and Radio Show: Dementia Detectives

Wisconsin Department of Health Services ran a marketing campaign to raise awareness of Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs) and Tribal partner agencies throughout the state. The goal of the campaign was for the community to “know us before you need us,” by making ADRC contact information easier to find. The new marketing materials include brochures, TV and radio ads, digital ads, and outdoor signage. These materials are available for Wisconsin agencies to use in local advertisements.
Wisconsin ADRC also airs a monthly radio show, “Dementia Detectives: Clues to Living Well,” co-hosted by the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Dementia Care Specialist (Angela Beckman) an
d Sawyer County Dementia Care Specialist (Joanie Zecherle). The program helps families navigate the journey of dementia with a new topic each month and is so popular that it has led to the formation of a robust support group.
- Download the collection of ADRC program brochures, customized for Tribal partners and with editable fields for local contact information.
- Watch the Wisconsin ADRC video (3.5 min, YouTube).

Missouri Multisector Plan for Aging
Missouri released Aging with Dignity: Missouri’s Master Plan on Aging, a 10-year, community-driven roadmap to support older adults, individuals with disabilities, and family caregivers across the state. Missouri is now the 14th state with a Multisector Plan for Aging (MPA). The MPA details actionable strategies across seven critical domains—from housing and transportation, to caregiving, long-term services and supports, safety, employment, and whole person health. The No Wrong Door section of the MPA begins on page 24 and outlines the alignment of No Wrong Door and MPA goals.
Celebrating 211
Every February, United Way and 211 centers across the U.S. celebrate 211, the free, confidential, 24/7 helpline people turn to when they’re facing real challenges. As the country’s most comprehensive source of information about local resources and services, 211 curates a standardized dataset of nearly 1.7M local programs and services. 211 is an important No Wrong Door partner and formalizing the partnerships between 211 call centers and other entities in the No Wrong Door system represents a best practice in connecting individuals with supports. If you are willing to share your memorandum of understanding (MOU) with 211, please send it to NoWrongDoor@lewin.com.
