Here is today’s Monday Mailer for you:

Nevada: Leveraging No Wrong Door Governance to Support Continuous Quality Improvement

Nevada developed a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Framework for their No Wrong Door system, Nevada Care Connection (NVCC). The M&E Framework focuses on system-level tracking, designed to inform continuous quality improvement and support long-term sustainability. The governing body, the Nevada Care Connection Collective, reviews progress and guides course corrections for the NVCC. To strengthen the NVCC, the governing body will facilitate system-wide monitoring using a set of shared performance indicators aligned with each of its strategic goals. Read the strategic goals and more about the NVCC here.

Continue the Conversation on Person-Centered Counseling

The Person-Centered Counseling (PCC) Intensive has come to a close, but the conversation on PCC has not. Continue to engage with your peers on the No Wrong Door Discussion Board. Rhode Island adapted Wisconsin’s Options Counseling Supervisor Observation and Support Tool to align with their own PCC curriculum and posted a training presentation on the discussion board. Join the TA Community to view Rhode Island’s post and others here. Explore the discussion board to find other resources from your peers, ask questions, and make connections.

COP participants will meet five times between March and September 2026 and receive no-cost access to collection instruments, technical assistance, and support from CTC staff and a leading researcher, Matthew Lee Smith, PhD. Applications are due by this Friday, February 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.  Find out more about this opportunity and apply here.
