This chapter provides information identifying potential CT partners; cross cultural strategies for strengthening partnerships; making the business case; messaging strategies and promoting your partnership; formalizing agreements; and special considerations such as institutional review boards. The COVID-19 pandemic has provided an opportunity for new partnerships to grow.
