In response to an increase in inquiries from funders, partners, and members about the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in their work, Inform USA chartered its AI Task Force to support the Information-and-Referral sector in developing clear, appropriate, and effective terms of engagement for the responsible use of AI tools. The AI Task Force Report synthesizes an initial set of outputs from the Task Force’s work – over six months of research, analysis, and deliberation. The supplemental Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document answers questions already asked about the report and is updated as new questions come in.
