Training Network Members

Hi Fellow CC Hubs!  Wondering if anyone has used Learning Management Systems, or other ways to streamline the trainings provided to Network Members.  

As we continue to expand, we will need to be more efficient in on-boarding, compliance trainings, program-specific trainings, cultural competency trainings, and more while keep our CC Hub staff lean.

    Great topic.  We are just beginning the network member recruitment.  We have a Learning Management System (Northpass) for other trainings.  That will be a great tool for us.  I'm so glad you mentioned it.

    Hi Nikki, Ester Sefilyan presented recently during NLC Network Development webinar and mentioned a LMS I believe they are piloting to support workforce development and training. I let her know you were interested in this and that I’d connect you with her- she’s happy to share more.
