FTE for roles & responsibilities of network admin

Hi, I'm looking for info on the total FTE you have dedicated for network administration. If you have specific roles you can name and their corresponding FTE, that would also be very helpful.  Thanks.

    Kind regards,

Okay, thanks for the clarification. I didn't see that you are posting to the conversation about community care hubs. I work in Wisconsin's state unit on aging and ADRC system, which is not involved in administering community care hubs, so I can't speak to this topic.

    Hi Deana!

For our Hub administration, we have the following dedicated staff - Full Time:

    Senior Director

    Director

    Coordinator

In addition, I, as the VP over the Hub and other programs, support it heavily (maybe 40% of my time).

Also, we have support from our centralized teams - Data and Analytics, Quality, HR, Finance, Programs (i.e supervisor support to help network member staff) etc.  Their FTE status varies - some from 5% to 100%.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks,

    Ester

Thanks Ester. Can you tell me how many contracts are you managing with this staffing level? And if you know the yearly number of individuals served with your services, that would also be helpful.

Hi Deana - The Hub manages 8 contracts (2 additional ones in the queue).  Last fiscal year (July 2022-June 2023), we approximately served 9000 individuals through these contracts.
