      Brit Cowley  Hi Brit! The questions for the second semi-annual report will largely be the same questions that were included in the first semi-annual report, with the addition of questions on activities paid for with grant funds and ADRC/NWD legislation. The reporting form is being finalized and will be shared in early April. Grantees will have a month after receipt to complete the report.

    Hi, is there a new reporting template here on the NWD/ADRC Grantee Community section that will cover through September 30th, 2021?   Or is it the same as the one ending April 30th, 2021?

      Michael W McClellan Hi Michael, you may use the manual attached to this post as a reference as you are collecting data on your state's activities through September 30th, 2021. The data elements included in this manual are the same as the previous reporting on activities through April 30th - just please be sure to submit information on activities through September 30th for this reporting period. Please let us know if you had any additional questions about the reporting requirements for this data collection period.
