Description: The Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) State Scorecard—a compilation of state data and analysis—showcases measures of state performance for creating a high-quality system of care in order to drive progress toward improvement in services for older adults and people with physical disabilities, and their family caregivers. The focus is on state-level data because our country does not have a single national system to address LTSS needs. The Scorecard includes an indicator for Affordability and Access, which includes ADRC/No Wrong Door Functions. In the most recent2023 LTSS Scorecard Report, NWD was among the top three indicators to show improvement, and two-thirds of states made progress toward fully functional status with their NWD Systems.
