Welcome to the No Wrong Door (NWD) Technical Assistance (TA) Community!

The NWD TA Community is a collaboration space for the NWD community and partners to stay informed, access resources, and connect with one another! A quick overview of the community's sections:

  • Stay-Up-to-Date: Users can get the latest updates on NWD-related news and upcoming events.
  • Resource Hub: Resources and promising practices related to NWD, ADRCs, COVID-19, and more will be continually updated and posted.
  • "Search the community" search bar: For quick access to resources, events, or posts by a keyword, type into the search bar at the top of the page.
  • Tags: Users can access resources organized by TA topic by clicking on the "View all tags" button on the right-hand side column.

NWD Person-Centered Counseling Training Program

This content is intended to complement or inform a robust training program; it is not designed to stand alone as a training curriculum. Public content users are encouraged to adapt the content based on their own unique needs and context. The PCCTP public content does not include content from the in-person course. Additionally, the public content does not provide access to features only available through the online platform, such as interactive exercises or pre- and post-tests. Health & Social Care

Health care entities and community-based organizations (CBOs) are increasingly recognizing the importance of partnerships to fully address a person’s overall well-being. This includes partnerships to address health-related social needs (HRSNs) such as housing instability, food insecurity, and lack of transportation. Community care hubs (CCHs) and their networks of CBO providers support the NWD goal to increase access to services for individuals with unmet needs. CCHs centralize administrative functions and operational infrastructure to enable effective, sustainable partnerships between CBOs and health care.

Housing & Services Partnership Accelerator

The Housing and Services Partnership Accelerator (HSPA) is a technical assistance opportunity for states implementing housing-related services and supports for older adults and people with disabilities who are homeless, institutionalized, or at risk of either. The Accelerator is headed by the Housing & Services Resource Center (HSRC) -- a collaboration between federal agencies seeking to streamline access to housing, health, and social care services and increase efficiency across sectors.
